Fran has 19 years of a vast experience, knowledge and leadership Skills in the care sector. Fran gained her Diploma in Leadership and Management level 5 / Registered Manager awards and the proud achievement of A1 assessor’ award in 2006.
Fran is responsible for overseeing the operation of Dartford’s Office alongside the Registered Manager.

A motivated and experienced Manager, Kate has over 14 years’ experience in Health and Social Care. Through hard work, dedication and commitment Kate has gained her Diploma in Leadership and Management Level 5 in 2020. Kate was interviewed by CQC and promoted to Registered Manager in 2020. Kate has vast experience in the Care Sector. Kate managed the personnel department; Kate was also the Care Advisor for Here2Care and an experienced Care Worker. Kate’s persistent and proactive approach resulted in numerous important achievements and promotions within the organization. She has very transferable skills and has provided the team with vital client leads, and ability to develop client relationships and excellent leadership skills within the organisation.
