Here2Care provide the following services, where the level of assistance required and/or delivered is dependant on the outcome of each Service Users assessed needs and:
- Support to get up and/or go to bed
- Washing, Showering or Bathing (personal care)
- Toileting
- Getting dressed or undressed
- Shaving
- Catheter care
- Monitor the taking of medication
- Shopping
- Prescription Collection
- Meal Preparation, Cooking
- Appointment escort, e.g. Shop, Bank, Doctors, Hospital, Day Care etc.
- Companionship
- House Cleaning (domestic)

- Adults (18 and over) and Older People
In the areas of:
- Dartford branch:
Dartford and surrounding areas including Darenth, Stone, Greenhithe, Swanscombe. In addition Gravesend and Northfleet - Medway branch:
Rochester, Chatham, Strood, Higham, Cliffe, Gillingham and Rainham.
