Founded in 2002 by Mrs Karen Love- current Managing Director. Here2Care are a well established and highly regarded provider of high calibre social care to the elderly in their own homes.

We realise how important the client-carer relationship is and we therefore strive to ensure consistency of care for all clients.

A separate division provides specialist care to adults with learning disabilities within their own homes and in community settings. Care is provided through both local authority commissioning including Direct Payments clients as well as private fee paying sectors.

The aim of Here2Care is to provide the highest quality service to Service Users whilst living in their own home. Our aim is to:

  3. Treat all Service Users with Dignity and Respect
  4. Review and Monitor all Service Users on a regular basis
  5. Respond to changes in Service User needs
  6. Respect the Cultural and Religious beliefs of all Service Users

Here2Care is a visa enabled service provider and we work closely with the new Kent Card Initiative being promoted by Kent County Council. Therefore if you have a Kent card and need social care services we would be delighted to help you.
