About us
Operating for more than 15 years since its establishment in 2002, Here 2 Care remains honoured and satisfiedl to continue providing care and support for the Kent Community members.
Today, we provide care to more than 500 Service users from our operating branches Dartford and Medway and employed more than 150 care workers and office staff across operating areas in Kent.
Our services consist of provision of personal care to the elderly and our suite of tailored services also includes specialist care to those with dementia, learning disabilities and mental health are committed to honesty, transparency and providing clear information to our service users and their families to enable them to have choice and control of their care.
We understand and support the Government's commitment to help people maintain their independence as long as possible in way that respect their dignity and respect.
